Position Summary:

The Sales Analyst at Bensp Press plays a critical role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic sales planning and revenue growth. This position works closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to monitor performance metrics and optimize sales strategies in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

•         Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

•         Monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets.

•         Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies based on data insights.

•         Assist in setting sales goals and establishing benchmarks for sales effectiveness.

•         Evaluate competitive market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

•         Support the implementation of sales processes and tools to improve workflow and performance.

•         Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all reporting activities.

•         Provide ongoing recommendations to improve sales operations and increase revenue.

Required Qualifications:

•         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

•         Proven experience (2+ years) in sales analysis, data analytics, or a related role.

•         Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL or business intelligence software is an advantage.

•         Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

•         Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.

•         Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

•         Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

•         Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

•         Experience in the media or digital content industry.

•         Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.

•         Advanced data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
