Position Summary

The Marketing Manager at Bensp Press will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support revenue growth across multiple media platforms. Key Responsibilities

•         Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Bensp Press’s vision and mission.

•         Oversee brand positioning and promote brand consistency across digital, social, print, and broadcast platforms.

•         Lead market research efforts to understand audience preferences, trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to optimize campaigns.

•         Collaborate closely with editorial, content, social media, and sales teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that enhance audience engagement.

•         Manage and measure marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.

•         Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

•         Identify and leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities to broaden market reach.

•         Guide and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Required Qualifications

•         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

•         Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing management, preferably within media, publishing, or broadcast industries.

•         Proven track record designing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

•         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

•         Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
