• Content Maintenance: Update and refresh existing content to improve accuracy, relevance, and SEO (e.g. revise old blog posts with new information).
• Content Management: Maintain our content management system (CMS) and content repository so that all content is organized, tagged, and easily accessible.
• Thought Leadership: Stay up to date on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging content formats. Propose innovative content ideas (topics, formats, channels) to advance our brand and audience engagement.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3+ years as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role in a media or marketing environment.
• Writing & Editing: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Demonstrated ability to produce clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content across formats.

• Self-Motivation: Proactive, self-directed work style. Comfortable taking ownership of initiatives and working independently in a remote setting.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work effectively with a distributed team, and tailor content to fit our audience’s cultural and market context.
Preferred Qualifications.
• Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Compensation & Work Details.
• Location: Fully remote position.
• Flexible hours – we value results over clocking in, and welcome coordination across time zones.
• Compensation: Equity-based (stock/shareholding) compensation only; no cash salary.
