Key upgrades to the Carrington complex now include a completely refurbished men’s first team building with significantly enhanced gym facilities, cutting-edge medical, nutrition, and recovery areas designed to optimize player fitness and well-being. Notable technology installations feature smart hydration monitoring urinals, dry flotation tanks for recovery, customizable oxygen and heat regulation in training zones, and data-driven performance hubs where individual player progress can be tracked and analyzed with visual feedback from integrated screen displays.
The design emphasizes natural light, open workspaces, and connectivity to foster collaboration between players, coaching, and executive staff—all of whom have relocated into the upgraded facility.
